Breaking Free From Unworthiness

A free workshop to help you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually heal from unworthiness wounds.

I read/watched/listen to endless resources on thinking more positively, visualizing, affirmations, reprogramming, all of it.

And I did just that. For a long fucking time. Hindsight is always 20/20 and now I can see I was in some ways only scratching the surface of my healing. Thought alone did not heal the generational programs and years of trauma that was still stored in my body. While I made leaps and bounds from where I was. I was still replaying the same situations, different faces and different places. Because the thing was.... I still did not feel entirely worthy.

Although I was a yoga teacher, started and had my own healing business.. I still in many ways did not feel worthy and it showed in my finances, and in my romantic relationships.

What all that mindset work did do was help me feel on a conscious level that I was worthy. And that is why I was able to make lots of progress. But subconsciously, I didn’t feel worthy. And that’s why I couldn’t break through my threshold. So that’s where somatic work comes in.

Your traumas are deeper than thought alone. This is understanding that our wounds are trapped energetically in our body. A part of healing is soothing and regulating your nervous system + bringing safety into the body to release the energies that are keeping you stuck to a past timeline. In this workshop you will learn how to:

  • Identify where your unworthiness wounds are playing out in your life

  • Understand where they come from + reparent and reprogram

  • Energetically cut cords to those wounds + somatic healing

This workshop will focus on the inner subconscious work, but more importantly the integration of energy work, breath work, and body work to break free from unworthiness on a mind, body, and soul level. This workshop is going to be powerful and a chance for you to be coached by me…. for FREE!

All that is required of you is to show up and be open to receive what you need most. You may want a journal to take some notes/reflect during the workshop. We will also be doing some energy + body work so make sure you have a little space to move around. All microphones and cameras will be turned off upon entering the zoom call. If you have any questions through out the workshop you are encouraged to use the chat box on zoom. At the end of the workshop will be some time for Q&A.
