Breakthrough Session (60 Minute)

Sometimes we hit a threshold on our healing and can’t seem to breakthrough to the other side. Leaving us feeling confused and uncertain about what to do and how to continue to move forward. We may feel stuck within ourselves or certain aspects of our life, relationships, and or career.

Breakthrough sessions are a one time 60 min 1:1 coaching session to help you gain more awareness and dissolve a current block within that is holding you back from breaking through.

In these sessions, I guide you to drop into your body opening up to work with your inner child, nervous system, and subconscious. These sessions also include energy healing, somatic healing, and intuitive insight.

Sessions are held live on zoom.

Please note: 1 session per person and you can only purchase one a month (if you feel you need more, check out my coaching packages under embodied feminine).

You will receive an email within 24 -48 business hours to schedule your session. Sessions are only available M-F. By booking a session you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

There are no refunds once purchased. If you are a no call, no show you forfeit the session. You receive one reschedule so long as it’s made within 24hours, after that if you do not make it to your next scheduled session you forfeit it.
